Shipping and processing time
- Shipping processing time is 1-7 business days
- Rushed shipping is available
Orders are processed as soon as possible. However we do guarantee that they will be shipped the 7th day of your order date.
Orders placed on holidays or outside of business hours will be shipped the following business day.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed and out for delivery. Make sure you double check to make sure you have entered the correct email address.

- We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses any product changes or corrections
- We can not add any discounts on if they were not applied to the order
- Make sure your ADDRESS AND BILLING INFORMATION MATCH. We will not ship any orders to a different address other than what's on your billing information
CANCELING ORDERS:

- We can not guarantee that we will be able to if the order has already been processed and ready to ship.
RETURNS
- Due to Covid19 returns will be not accepted or authorized until further notice
- There are no refunds for open or used products
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages that are damaged in shipment. You have the option to INSURE or UNINSURED your package during check out. If you have insurance on your package you have to file a claim with the carrier for any concerns or damages to receive compensation for the damages. We can't do anything once the item has been shipped off and out of our procession.
- We will not do any refunds for damage items caused by the shipper, wrong address, stolen packages or late packages.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
- Tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the shipper has your package (UPS,USPS, FEDEX)
- Once items are shipped we are not liable for any item being lost,misplaced or stolen
- Customers are responsible for all related issues concerning incorrect addresses.
- Please reach out to FEDEX, UPS, USPS directly if any packages have been stolen or lost.
