Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders require 3–8 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by USPS/UPS or any shipping carrier.


If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim:

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer



We do not accept returns on used or opened items.
